Art Craft Studios T&Cs

  1. Personal items and artwork: AC Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for items including but not limited to personal items, tools, materials and artwork that are stolen, used, lost or broken. Any such items not collected (after 3 months of being notified) will be donated to our community.

  2. Pottery: Please remember your artwork is hand-made (not factory-made), cracks are unpredictable and inevitable in pottery, it's all part of the ceramic process. As a beginner, if you don’t have any cracks perhaps consider a career in pottery :)

  3. Booking confirmation: A booking/workshop/class/freestyle session/course or similar is only confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not received, AC Studios has the right to cancel with immediate effect.

  4. Cancellations:

    1. 1-12 guests - You can reschedule but unfortunately, AC Studios cannot offer refunds. If you fail to attend for any reason without 24hrs notice, kindly note you will not receive the opportunity to reschedule.

    2. 12+ guests - AC Studios kindly requests that 50% of the total invoice be paid four weeks prior to the workshop date, with the remaining balance due within 30 days of the workshop date. Within this same 4 week timeframe, regrettably, refunds cannot be provided for absent guests and in the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be applicable.

    3. Late comers - AC Studios cannot accommodate guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late to any workshop. You will not receive a refund or have the option to reschedule. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the route and our studio location prior to your workshop.

    4. AC Studios - If AC Studios cancels for any reason, you can reschedule or receive a refund in full. 

  5. Health and safety: All guests, Freestylers, members, employees and volunteers must adhere to our Health and safety guidelines which are visible in the studio at all times. If required by AC Studios you must sign our H&S form before taking part in an activity.

  6. Freestyle:

    1. All Freestylers must undergo an Induction and sign our H&S form before taking part.

    2. All materials, tools and equipment are subject to availability.

    3. All sessions must be booked via the platform. Please cancel or reschedule any sessions at least 24hrs in advance; changes made within 24hrs may incur a fee of £25.

  7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property: All proprietary information is confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, financial data, branding, marketing strategies, research and development insights, manufacturing processes, agreements and details regarding products, workshops services and events. This information remains the exclusive property of AC Studios at all times.

  8. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved in writing via email by both parties in accordance with English law.
